SEABOARD have completed the HDB flat elevator mast fabrication works on the Singapore HDB flats lift upgrading works. The scope consisted provision of experienced & skillful workforce, workshop facilities, steel materials and consumables to carry out the following package:

Fabricate and supply of elevator mast as per clients drawing and requirement.

The scope inclusive of NDT test for all welding seams.
We delivered the HDB mast 15 units (8mt/each) in 60 days without delay and meet Vendors satisfactory.
SEABOARD have recently completed the Chemical pipeline renewal works on the SEE SEN PLANT SHUTDOWN.The scope consisted provision of experienced & skillful workforce, equipment, pipe materials and consumables to carry out the following package:

Renewal of Oleum chemical pipeline system stainless steel pipe grade 316L up to DN 150mm sch 40 including valves and support.

Carried out 100% NDT test on all welding joints.

Upon completion, carried out N2 test at pressure rating 6bar as per client requirement.
SEABOARD have completed the Boiler cleaning work for MPI test purpose.The scope consisted provision of experienced & skillful workforce, equipment, materials and consumables to carry out the following package:

To provide skilled manpower, high pressure hydro jetting equipment, filter skid, temporary high pressure nozzles, high pressure foot pedal, high pressure fittings and tools, consumables like 100 micron filter bags, diesel, transportation and supervision to carry out hydro jetting works for Dosh Inspection as per agreed and approved procedure.
SEABOARD have completed the Cooling tower pipeline renewal works on the IOI PAN-CENTURY PLANT SHUTDOWN.The scope consisted provision of experienced & skillful workforce, equipment, pipe materials and consumables to carry out the following package:

Renewal of cooling tower inlet & outlet FW cooling pipeline system carbon steel pipe up to DN 200mm sch 80 including valves and support.

Upon completion, carried out hydrostatic test at pressure rating 16bar and cleaning of entire cooling tower.
SEABOARD have completed the fabrication of very high temperature steam heater pipeline system on the RECRON NILAI PLANT.
The scope consisted provision of experienced & skillful workforce, equipment, pipe materials and consumables to carry out the following package:

Fabricate of steam heater stainless steel 316L pipes up to DN 50mm sch XXS approx. Total length 340mtrs.

Upon completion, carried out NDT 100% joint with higher inspection criteria and including melamine pipe insulation as per client requirement
SEABOARD have completed the fabrication of expansion Tank for burkle system.The scope consisted provision of experienced & skillful workforce, equipment, materials
and consumables to carry out the following package:

Provide materials as drawing required.

Fabricate & welding as procedure standard.

Completed tank to pressure test.

JKKP approval.

Prior to painting to derust the surface, clean & wipe dry the surface area and carry out painting work fore apply painting.

To apply Jotun paint for 1 primer coat and 1 top coat and final coat to the tank.

Installed in place and system tested.
SEABOARD have completed Fuel Oil Storage Tank Cleaning D-IJEG12BB005 Works at LCTM Tg Langsat.The scope consisted provision of experienced & skillful workforce to carry out the following package:

To carried out blinding works

To set up Diaphragm pump to pump out residue oil from drain line to our supply lorry tanker

To provide Ex-Proof ventilation blower for man entry and gas free
-
Total demuck estimated of 35ton and disposal follows DOE standard.

We took the drawings from our client and started fabricating each parts to be constructed.

Our top fabricators team have carefully measured and fabricated the parts and later to be constructed part by part.

Then, we used qualified welders to complete the welding works of the platform and enhance the strength and durability.

Finishing work by applying JOTUN JOTAMASTIC HARDTOP GREY to prevent decomposition and rust on the material.

Completed item transported to work site for installations.
SEABOARD have won the tender in Johor Port and completed the Port RTG cranes retrofit works on the CC07, 08, 15 & 17 (4 Cranes).The scope consisted provision of experienced & skillful workforce, electrical cables, paints & other necessary materials to carry out the following package:

Supply and refurbishment of electrical cables with components for entire crane electrical and automation system including commissioning of cranes.

Structure treatment of Chemical HP wash, Power tooling , clean the surface area, derust the rustry area using ST2 mechanical repairs and spray paint entire cranes.

Supply and new installation of ladders for cranes.

SEABOARD have recently completed the Port crane retrofit works on the CC05.
The scope consisted provision of experienced & skillful workforce to carry out the following package:

Renewal of entire bolts & nuts and hydraulic tonguing of 3600sets was successfully finished at 14days without delay.

Renewal of all crane manhole covers.

Provision of scaffold erection for the entire retrofit project.
