CIVIL CONSTRUCTION
SEABOARD with its highly skilled, multicultural staff and its manufacturing and fabrication facilities are able to offer a comprehensive range of equipment and services including pre-engineering building, engineering, design, project management, fabrication, installation, commissioning and service.
SEABOARD have completed a collar pipe installation works which includes welding, cutting, painting and fitting the collar plate for dresser coupling for 1800mmØ pipe for SAJ pipeline.
The scope consisted provision of experienced & skillful workforce, equipment, pipe materials and consumables to carry out the following package:

Installing, fitting and welding the collar ring and plate around the pipe.

Use of provision and skilled welder to carry out the welding works.

We faced minor issues such as leaks on the pipe which put us in trouble during welding works due to running water flowing out. Hence, we countered the issue by using pre-heating welding method.

Finally upon completion of welding and surface preparation around the joint, we painted the collar pipe. We deployed our qualified technical team to complete and successfully finish the job. In essence, SEABOARD has delivered feasibility, fabrication, project management, local authority formalities logistic, installation, supervision and commissioning services.

In essence, SEABOARD has delivered feasibility, fabrication, project management, local authority formalities logistic, installation, supervision and commissioning services.
